Returns

Reluxe Vintage orders may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receipt.

Extended Holiday Returns: *Orders placed between November 26, 2024, and December 25, 2024, are eligible to request a return through January 10, 2025.*

In order to begin the return process please email reluxevintageco@gmail.com with your order number. The product must be returned to us in original, unworn condition for return/exchange to be processed.

If an item does not fit properly, we will be happy to lengthen/shorten the piece for you free of charge (minus shipping fees).

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is $5 for economy shipping. Upgraded/expedited shipping options are available to purchase at checkout. International shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We ship from coastal North Carolina.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized. We are a (very) small business and try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Shipping & handling time frames are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping insurance is available to purchase at checkout and is highly recommended to protect your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if insurance is not purchased.
