Refund policy

Reluxe Vintage orders may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receipt.

*Extended Holiday Returns: *Orders placed between November 20, 2024, and December 25, 2024, are eligible to request a return through January 10, 2025.*

In order to begin the return process please email reluxevintageco@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. The product must be returned to us in original, unworn condition for return/exchange to be processed. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the return.

 

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES RELATED TO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NON REFUNDABLE. EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES (Priority Mail and Express Mail) ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
