Returns

Reluxe Vintage orders may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receipt.

If an item does not fit properly, we will be happy to lengthen/shorten the piece for you free of charge (minus shipping fees).

In order to begin the return process please email reluxevintageco@gmail.com with your order number. The product must be returned to us in original, unworn condition for return/exchange to be processed.

Extended Holiday Returns: *Orders placed between November 20, 2024, and December 25, 2024, are eligible to request a return through January 10, 2025.*

Shipping

All orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized to ship first. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Upgraded/expedited shipping options are available to purchase at checkout. International shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We are located in coastal North Carolina.

International orders may take an extra 2-4 business days for processing. We are a (very) small business and try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Shipping & handling time frames are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping insurance is available to purchase at checkout and is highly recommended to protect your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if insurance is not purchased.

Jewelry Boxes

All orders will come in a Reluxe Vintage original design jewelry box unless otherwise stated in the product description. Orders are nicely and neatly packaged, perfect for gifting if you choose to.

Each jewelry order comes with one jewelry box, even if multiple items are ordered. If you need more than one jewelry box for gifting, please leave a note with your order with the number of boxes needed.
